We offer standard (4-6 business days) and express international shipping (3-5 business days) options for quick and secure delivery of your items, available for an additional fee regardless of the order amount. Shipping may be delayed during public holidays.
- United States & International Regions: Free standard shipping on orders over USD 250
- Singapore: Free standard shipping on orders over SGD 300
- Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over AUD 300
- Hong Kong: Free standard shipping on orders over HKD 1500
- United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders over GBP 250
- Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over CAD 250

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view your order details by signing into your account and visiting the order history section.
When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
We partner with DHL Express to provide expedited worldwide shipping. Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (local time). We coordinate closely with our shipping partners and boutiques to minimize any potential delays.
You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account at the top right corner where it says your name. Click "Create Return" next to the order you would like to return and follow the prompts. If you placed an order as a guest, please click here to process a return.
Returns will incur a fee of GBP 20 per item. Duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using the label provided by us. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of LARENZE. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24 hour period has expired will incur a GBP 20 cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be cancelled.
To be refunded, all items returned to LARENZE must comply with the following criteria:
- Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the package is received.
- All returned items must be new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
- Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages.
- Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must be processed through the LARENZE website or app and use return labels provided by LARENZE.

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation (with a few countries as exceptions, see below). Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout. In the event the product is returned taxes will be refunded.
